We are looking for experienced on-site paint and body technicians who are able to use their skills on any given vehicle. Must be reliable, hard working and committed to finishing any job. We want to maintain our customer satisfaction with a team who is oriented and positive about working.

Job Description: The following bulleted items below will describe the duties:
- Ability to prep, repair and refinish light to medium bumper and panel repair.
- Ability to prep, repair and refinish fiberglass and SMC on cars, light to medium trucks, and vans.
- Travel from his/her home with the van or trailer to the job site using his or her own vehicle.
- Maintain the trailer/van in a good working and orderly conditions.
- Will be responsible for working on more than one vehicle at a time to create an efficient work environment.
- Responsible for doing a weekly inventory of his/her tech kit and placing an order no later than the last business day of the week (usually Friday). This will be done so that materials can be received on Monday.
- Responsible for the completion of daily VOC charts to be turned into the Account Manager every Monday.
- Completion of all invoices, which includes obtaining the appropriate signatures and Purchase Order Numbers.
- Setting up the 10x10 or 10x20 tent and laying a tarp down prior to starting the job.
- Completion of an average minimum of $400 a day in billable work.
- When performing work the tech must wear protective eyewear and masks.
- Where ColorAll franchises have a helper program in place, the Combo technician is responsible for his/her training and delegating work to the helper.
