We are currently looking for an individual, to focus on customer acquisitions and retention, who possesses excellent phone skills and who can handle a high call volume position. This position requires a self-starter who will come in each day, focused on getting the job done. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, dependable and punctual, a problem solver and performance oriented. We offer health, dental, and vision. Requirements/Qualifications: • Computer proficiency (MAC a plus) • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, data entry, internet •Typing ability • Internet proficiency, with the ability to manuver around the internet and email. • Strong negotiation and sales skills • Collections experience is a plus • Ability to deal with challenging situations and challenging customers • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Enthusiastic people person • Superior Closing/Saving Skills • Strong Sense of Urgency and Drive • Excellent Time Management and Focus • Superior Phone Voice & Skills • Superior Lead Management Skills • Positive & High Energy. • Organized • Sharp Mind and Willingness to Learn • Works with Little Supervision
